Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We only accept returns from products purchased on our website www.teetherpop.com.  

To start a return, contact us at shipping@lsparryinc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

We will consider issuing replacements for products that are damaged due to manufacturer defects for up to 1 year from the purchase date. This does not cover normal wear and tear of product or damage caused by improper care or accidents. These products also must have been purchased from www.teetherpop.com. If you think that you might have a defective product please contact our customer service department at shipping@lsparryinc.com with:

- Pictures of your product 
- Purchase date (a copy of your receipt; if it was a gift, the date you received it)
